Free Halloween short story
The Kirkbride is a mix of romance, mystery, and paranormal. Set in Fergus Falls, MN in 1947, the main character is Andrew Korpi. Andrew is a veteran of World War II and has begun having visions. After he is accused of murdering his mother his family commits him to The Kirkbride but the visions continue.
It is a quick read but I think you’ll enjoy it. It is available on Prolific Works and Books2Read.
